Certainly not in the primary. He may do better in a general if he's not splitting votes with multiple other independent candidates.

Cuomo conceded even though muzzie didn't get 50%. He's talking running third party now. That'll be interesting with Adams also running third party.

It's ranked choice so if he doesn't pull in 50% then it goes to the ranked choice scheme and they just keep eliminating last place candidates and redistributing their votes until there's only two left, and then whichever of those two has the most votes wins. This probably is not going to be decided ...
