Re: Chickens, goats, bees

I get 12-14/yr, keep them 4 years, then retire them. So at any given time I have 48-50 birds. This year I will be retiring my first batch of 12.

Re: Chickens, goats, bees

Rumors are flying that hoover hatchery canceled production for 2025, which is going to make chicks impossible to get. Which means I'll have to hatch my own chicks. I debated getting rid of the rooster a few times, I'm glad I didn't. I'll have to set up a new coop and section off the run and stick th...

Dugan seems to have somehow recovered from his health issues? I haven't really been following. If he has, I'm super glad.

Re: New Gun Day

9mm, fantastic feeling and shooting gun. Feels great.

To be fair, i'm only slightly annoyed that the holster doesn't accommodate the light. It's not an expensive light, maybe $20 on amazon. It would have been nice, but it's definitely not a deal breaker.

New Gun Day

Today I picked up my Sar9X. Background check cleared in less than 10min. For $250 this gun looks and feels fantastic. Very solid, good looking gun. I have one complaint. The included weapon light and magazine are not compatible with each other. You can use the weapon light, but not hte mag, or vice ...
