Greetings and welcome to Lancaster County, I am just up the road (Rt322) from you. I have not used them but have some friends that have had some work done by them and are very pleased with the work. not far from us in Adamstown:

Also if you are looking for a club, I am a member of Beartown Sportsman's and Penn Dutch, both fine clubs, although Penn Dutch often has reached its membership cap. Beartown is small but inexpensive and very private, I am often there alone on weekdays

Thanks for the welcome and suggestions !
I`ve heard of Bansners, he`s very well known.
I wasn`t aware that he was this close.
I along with about seven other guys showed up for orientation at PennDutch in August or September, The guy doing the orientation was a no show so I gave up on them.
I did join Cocalico gun club as they have a pretty nice trap range.
I would be interested in Beartown as it`s a little closer.
Is there a 100 yard rifle range ?
Seems to be pretty simple to join, I`ll send a check this week.

Thanks again, Dennis Murray

Dennis,
that seems unusual for Penn Dutch, the folks there are usually reliable. Beartown is a no frills, no glamor range it has two or three pistol benches @ about 11 and 25 yards the rifle benches have recently been improved and covered with 50 and 100 yard targets. the range is at a slightly up hill incline from benches to target backstops. they have recently ruled a 10 round limit due to some asshole with a bump stock going crazy a while back...no biggie for me. I live just over the hill from the range and recoup my yearly $25 in the brass I pick up in the summer evenings when I hear the range is clear. Great small town club with a bunch of good guys. you will get a combo for the gate lock with your membership to allow yourself in.

Thanks for the info !
Beartown should work, sounds like the perfect place to run a few rounds through the handguns.
