PAFOA Transplant

Hi All,
I only recently found PAFOA as I was researching PA LTCF laws and was very happy to have found the forum and becoming more active. Like many of you, I woke up today and read the sad announcement that PAFOA is closing up shop. Wishing Dan the very best and here's to his new beginnings!
A little about me... I'm 45 and have lived in Bucks Co. for about 20 years (holy heck, has it been that long and where did the time go?!). Prior to that I lived in Philly for about 5 years after moving from my native S. NJ town. Proud to be Pennsylvanian coming up on 3 decades!
I'm a mechanical engineer and an vehicle equipment department deputy director working for the state government. So, my passion for all things mechanical and physics based is inherent. Other than our shared hobby, I'm very much into cars and vehicles in general. I'm not just a theory guy either. I was a Chevy mechanic for 8 years before I put myself through Temple U. So, yeah, I'm pretty handy with a wrench too, probably a large reason the wench keeps me around...Err I mean the Mrs keeps a me around. lol. (obvi joking, the wife is a lovely classy lady).
Other than that, I'm into normal dude stuff, like hanging with my friends drinking beer, watching sports, taking my dogs out, driving the corvette, vacationing in tropical places, and general fuckary.
Looking forward to a fresh start of a new PA 2A rights forum with ya'll! If you see a red corvette pass by you, be sure to wave!
Cheers,
Machine_Dude
