No, on PAFOA, click on your profile and on the left is a spot to pick 'search user's posts' and 'search users started threads'. I use it a bit when I want to add something to a thread I started a while ago but hasn't been used recently. i e Illegal alien crimes.

I use it frequently to find my solar thread, it get shuffled away and search is poo on pafoa.

Not as slick as "find your latest threads started", but more powerful I think. Does this do what you want? Seems like it does - if you're willing to look for what you want within a particular forum (like the lounge).
